Table Booking Terms & Conditions

- Should you opt to pay by cheque or BACS, payment is due within one week of your on-line booking. If your booking is made in 2012, payment is due immediately and no later than Friday 13th January 2012.

- Tickets will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the event, providing payment has been received.

- Dietary requirements should be submitted on-line to the Grosvenor House Hotel when ordering your wine, log in details will be sent to the email address given on your table booking approximately 4 weeks prior to the event.

- If you have any special access requirements please contact Natasha Papa on 020 7970 4060.

- Please note there may be strobe lighting effects at the show.

- Cancellations will be accepted and monies will be refunded (less 20% administration charge) up to and including Friday 4th November 2011. No refunds will be made after this date. All bookings made after Friday 4th November 2011 are required to make payment in full, even if the table is cancelled. No refunds will be given.
